Cards of items as PDF + CSV import & export

After a silent update a week ago, there's enough to write about this time. In addition to various bug fixes and small improvements, I have aligned the functions of the D&D item list with those of the spell list over the course of January. Specifically, this means:

• It is now possible to create your own items, edit them, delete them and add them to your favourites.
• Items you have created yourself can also appear in the loot generator.
• Filtered items can now - like spells - be downloaded as handy cards for printing. In addition, the readability of the spell cards has been slightly improved.
• The CSV export & import also works in the same way as for spells and allows you to share the items you have created with others.
